We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to execute full-cycle recruiting activities and support hiring operations across Rudolph Libbe Group. This position is ideal for an individual seeking to build a long-term career in talent acquisition.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Execute full-cycle recruiting activities for office and leadership positions in alignment with established processes
  •  Post approved job requisitions and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  •  Schedule and coordinate candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments
  •  Monitor recruiting inboxes and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  •  Track candidate progress and follow up on missing information and interview feedback
  •  Source candidates through applications, passive sourcing, referrals, and staffing agencies
  •  Prepare recruiting reports and hiring metrics as requested
  •  Support career fairs, campus recruiting, and referral initiatives
  •  Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  •  Travel as needed to support recruiting efforts

  •  Consultative mindset when partnering with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  •  Ability to source and engage candidates using a variety of recruiting methods
  •  Self-directed, proactive, and able to manage work independently
  •  Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  •  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  •  Working knowledge of recruiting laws, regulations, and best practices
  •  Proficient with applicant tracking systems or ability to quickly learn new recruiting platforms
  •  Ability to track, interpret, and report recruiting metrics
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software  

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  •  3-5 years of experience supporting HR and/or recruiting functions
  •  Experience within the construction industry a plus
  •  Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
  •  SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential preferred
