JOB DESCRIPTION:

GEM Service is searching for a detail-oriented technical person to join our team and support the field quoting process. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with technicians in the field to gather details for repairs to be quoted.
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
• Utilize quoting software to create field quotes for needed repairs.
• Deliver accurate and prompt quotes to customers.
• Communicate with field technicians and customers during quoting process.
• Follow up on pending field quotes.
• Follow up on completed field quotes.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma is required.
• HVAC Field Experience a plus.
