Full-time, responsibility for overall maintenance, repairs and upkeep of 57,000 sq. ft. non-profit facility and a 65 unit apartment building. Supervises custodial staff and implements preventative maintenance plan that includes capital expenditures. Requires technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Salary $55,000-$62,000. Benefits available.
